The Giant Foot – now available. I’m inspired!

My 10 year old son wrote his first book – The Giant Foot! It’s about a giant foot that stomps New York City — and how one boy saves the day. Imagination. It’s a wonderful magical fantastical thing.

I have hereby committed to my husband Michael and his band mates that I will perform with them at their October 28th show. I can’t back out now. I am making it official and posting it on my blog!

X-Factor Audition, here we come

Dare I say it… we are making the trek to New Jersey for X-Factor auditions. Nervous? Embarrassed? I am sticking to my motto – Just do it… and shut up about it.

Hot yoga. It may just do me in.

I went to my first hot yoga class today. In the reception area, I saw an article from Oprah magazine — the heading really caught my attention: “My bra’s too tight. Is that cellulite on my biceps? I might be having a heart attack. And why does everybody in here have a tattoo?” I could immediately relate.

Road trip to see my husband’s band. Huge crowds. Slept with Bono. And my rhinestone studded heals were a major conversation starter.

All in a day’s work…

My husband left early Sunday morning for Colorado and temperatures in the 70s… then the east coast got hit with a major snow storm. I had to do all the stuff I consider “man stuff.” Thank goodness for Dry Gas.

Greatest Job in the World – Video done!

We finished uploading my video application for the “Best Job in the World!” We had such a wonderful experience putting it together. The whole family got in on the act!
